We went here for our anniversary dinner, the food was delicious. I got the duck, and my boyfriend got the steak with the lobster mac and cheese. Both of our plates were clean by the time we were finished. We also got the warm apple tart for dessert. It finished off the meal perfectly. The service was also amazing.
My husband took me for my birthday and it was amazing! The food was perfectly cooked and so fresh. Had the lobster risotto to start and the pieces of lobster were large and tender. Then had the ravioli and the sauce, meat and delicious filling was just perfect. We look forward to our next visit.
Absolutely blown away by the service and food at Cotton Row last night. We splurged to celebrate our anniversary and chose the perfect spot for it. I got a roasted beet and goat cheese salad with duck cooked at medium rare, my husband got a filet mignon cooked at medium rare as well, served with lobster Mac and cheese. He finished off the night with a pistachio bread pudding Our server was fantastic and the ambiance was so elegant. We can’t wait to be back. Huge compliments to the chef as well, the flavor combinations are phenomenal!
Phenomenal appetizers! The best scallops we’ve had and amazing Foie Gras. Superior selection of bourbons and wines. The halibut special was excellent. We had the duck breast but it was tough so we traded for a very tender filet. The lobster mac’n’cheese side dish was surprisingly delicious. Our server was very dedicated and cheerful. We chose to eat outside so after 3 hours our butts were a little sore. They could use some cushions on their chairs. This is a very good restaurant in a very competitive market.

I’ve visited Cotton Row multiple times with adult groups and have always had a great experience — delicious food, excellent drinks, a lovely wait staff, and prompt service. However, our most recent visit was by far the best yet. I made a same-day reservation for 8:30 PM on a Saturday for myself and my 9-year-old daughter. She is well-behaved, but I chose a later time to avoid disrupting the prime dinner service. Our waitress was phenomenal — kind, attentive, and genuinely happy to serve the youngest guest. The bartender even made a special non-alcoholic cocktail for her, which was absolutely delicious. Our waitress timed our meal perfectly, bringing my appetizer and putting in our main order simultaneously so my daughter wouldn’t have to wait too long. Even after the restaurant had technically closed, they had no issue accommodating us when we ordered dessert. While I wouldn’t describe Cotton Row as a “family” or “child-friendly” restaurant by design, on this rare occasion, they truly went above and beyond my expectations for fine dining. My friends, family, and I will absolutely be returning in the future!
Went for Father's Day brunch and had a great time. The food is delicious. My son and I had Oysters Rockefeller and ribeye, and my wife and daughter had the pork chop. Both were fantastic entrees. Normal dinner menu is even better, IMO. Easily in my top 3 restaurants in Huntsville.
Kathleen, our server was outstanding! She made seasonal choices for us from the menu that complemented our wine choice and was very attentive, she made our 23rd anniversary celebration very memorable. Our meal was delicious and we enjoyed every bite! I highly recommend this restaurant and the wine room for a romantic and memorable experience. Thank you again Kathleen.
